1. Services

Beautyandthechris provides beauty services including lash services, manicure & pedicure, lip embroidery, and brow embroidery. All services are subject to availability and suitability.
 

2. Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or approved booking channels.

• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel appointments at our discretion.

3. Payments & Pricing

• All prices listed are in SGD unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Full payment is required upon completion of services.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Deposits are non-refundable and may be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.

• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

5. Late Arrival

• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time.

• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show.

6. Health Disclosure & Client Responsibility

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, skin sensitivities, or previous cosmetic procedures before treatment.

• For lip and brow embroidery, suitability is assessed prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe.

7. Results & Aftercare

• Results may vary depending on individual skin type and lifestyle.

• Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided.

• We are not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare.

8. Refunds & Exchanges

• All services rendered are non-refundable.

• Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

9. Photography & Marketing

• Photos or videos may be taken for documentation or marketing purposes only with client consent.

• By consenting, you grant us permission to use the images on our website and social media platforms.
